My Thoughts:
Power Dressing is a beautiful navy blue nail polish. It's a very easy and smooth shade to work with, it's not streaky but just a little sheer on the first coat. The drying time is pretty fantastic, and it's fully opaque in three coats. I have always been a big fan of nail polishes with a creamy finish, because I just love how shiny and pretty they look and they are very smooth and easy to apply as well.

How cute is the bottle? I love the shape and the little black bow, it looks so girly and cute. I'm always such a sucker for cute packaging, I just can't help myself, ha ha! I'm really impressed with the quality of the Ciate nail polishes. If you are a really big fan of navy blue nail polishes, and you are looking for something new to try out, I highly recommend that you check out Power Dressing :)

Wow super pretty shade! I <3 blue NPs :)

I haven't tried a navy shade of nail polish. This looks like a quality option.
